Description
The goal of these brown-bag lunches is to start to build a community around teaching and learning practices in the Department of Psychology. Some of the teaching stream faculty will commit to meeting for lunch in the Psychology Lounge once a month to discuss topics around our teaching practice. We would love other instructors in the department to participate, including staff, tenured and tenure-stream faculty, sessional instructors, and graduate students interested in teaching. Those from other departments are also welcome. While each brown-bag lunch will have a specific topic and discussion leader, we can also use these meetings to share ideas, ask questions, and get advice about our general teaching-related challenges. If you are interested in leading a discussion or in seeing at topic discussed that is not listed, please contact Ashley Waggoner Denton, waggonerdenton@psych.utoronto.ca. |
