ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Psychology Undergraduate Department is pleased to announce the return of its successful Alumni-Student Mentorship Program. This year the program is scheduled to run from November 2023 to March 2024. The Program aims to support Psychology undergraduate students as they explore their career and educational options beyond graduation.
As an alumni mentor, by sharing your experiences, insights and advice, you can impact the student experience in a meaningful way, and can play a pivotal role in helping our students to understand the opportunities that are open to them after they graduate.
As a student mentee, you have the unique opportunity to get acquainted with an established Psychology graduate and learn from their experiences in the workforce and academia, as well as develop essential skills like professionalism and communication. Open to all 3rd and 4th year Major and Specialist Psychology students at the University of Toronto St. George Campus.
This activity has also been approved for inclusion in the Co-Curricular Record program (CCR). The opportinity can be found on the CLNx Folio Student Portal under the title "Alumni-Student Mentorship Program, Department of Psychology". Information on how to register will be provided to mentees during orientation sessions.
Applications open on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 and close on Monday, October 23, 2023.
(Please note that there are a limited number of spaces in this program. Applications are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis.)
